    Setting up your site and its permit, connecting Tippa to Defra's Digital Waste Tracking, and booking in your first load.

    What to do first

    1. Add your Defra API code, in the settings cog → Organisation Settings → Digital Waste Tracking Settings
    2. Add the customers you see most, under Customers
    3. Check the waste codes your site's permit allows, in Manage Sites
    4. Book in your first load with Create Receipt

      Your registration and first vehicle, booking a collection, and getting your drivers out on the road with everything on their phone.

      What to do first

      1. Add your organisation's address, in Manage Organisation
      2. Add the producers you collect from, under Customers
      3. Add your drivers, or yourself if you drive, in Manage Drivers
      4. Book your first job with Arrange Collection
