What Tippa does for you.
Every load in, recorded once
Receipts with gross and tare weights, worked out for you, and tares saved for vehicles that come back. Accept or reject each item, or quarantine it with a deadline to resolve it. Household drop-offs need no carrier registration.
Reported to Defra as you receive
Enter your Defra API code once and each load is reported to Defra's Digital Waste Tracking service when you receive it; change a receipt and the change is sent too. Tippa doesn't charge for this (Defra charges each organisation £26 a year for the service itself). Read the guide.
Every carrier checked
Carrier and broker registrations are looked up on the EA, NRW, SEPA and DAERA registers when you save a record and again every night. An expired or revoked carrier is stopped. Your site permit is checked against the register too.
Paperwork done for you
Each receipt as a PDF, and a pre-filled waste transfer note. The carrier is emailed a confirmation as soon as the load is received.
Returns without the spreadsheet
Your waste return for the EA, NRW, SEPA or NIEA, and your EA or NRW hazardous waste consignee return, built from your records and sent to the regulator for you. SEPA and NIEA get each hazardous consignment note as the load arrives. Waste Returns and Consignee Returns add-ons
Your dashboard reminds you which returns each site owes for the quarter just ended, and when each is due, free.
Know what's on site

Add sites as you grow. Movements between your own sites create the receiving record for you, and you can import a record from another of your sites instead of typing it again.
