Software for waste carriers
Book collections, send your drivers out with everything on their phone, and get the producer's signature and photos at the collection. Unlimited drivers, free.
Free to start. The core tools, and reporting to Defra, cost nothing in Tippa.
What Tippa does for you.
Collections, booked once
Arrange collections from your producers, and copy a regular one in a tap. Repeated collections, the new way to do season tickets, are created for you on a schedule once your producer signs the season ticket online (or you upload, or read in, the paper one), and renewed each year. Each signed ticket downloads with its schedule of loads for an officer. How season tickets work Repeats: Repeated Records add-on
Drivers, free and unlimited
Add as many drivers as you need at no cost. They sign in with a link or an emailed code, with no password to remember, and see only their own work. An owner-driver can switch their own phone or tablet into driver mode.
Signed for at the collection
Collect with the producer's signature and photos, or email the producer a link to sign the transfer note online before you arrive, so nobody has to sign on the day. If a collection can't happen, the driver records why, with photos.
A statement for each customer
Every load you collected from a customer between two dates, with totals by waste, as a PDF to send them or a spreadsheet. Reporting add-on
Drop off all or part
Drop off a whole load, or just part of it, at a site of your choosing, with photos of where it went. Dropping at your own site plans the receipt there for you.
Works with no signal
Collections, drop-offs and photos are saved on the phone and sent when it's back in signal. Anything that can't be saved goes to the office to fix, so nothing is lost.
Your fleet and your rounds
Vehicle details filled in from the DVLA, and tare weights kept for the weighbridge. Plan each driver's round and send it to their phone, and follow today's rounds from the office dashboard as stops are collected. Round Planning add-on
Registrations checked
Your own registration, and those of any carriers you work with, are checked on the public registers when you save and again every night.
Ready for phase 2
Defra plans to bring carriers into digital waste tracking from October 2027. Tippa's collections already record the detail Defra has proposed for them. Read the guide.
